laurenshealthylifestyle: I submitted this photo to before-and-after-pictures but I wanted to post it on my main blog because I’m actually blown away by my own transformation.  I honestly didn’t think I could do it.  I’ve been telling myself for years that I need to lose weight but I never had enough motivation to go through with it.  And here I am. First picture- Highest weight (yikes…) Second picture- After months of restricting, binging, and purging Bottom picture- After finally deciding to lose weight the healthy way (by eating clean and exercising regularly!)

fukcyeahbeforeandafters: I started at 156lbs this March and ended with 121lbs. Since mid-June, I’ve gained some weight, but I’m working on getting fit and healthy again. I’ve never really seen my before and after picture like this and wanted to tell people- IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU! ~aurevoirfat
